In order to protect your relevant rights, this Privacy Policy will explain to you how the APP collects, uses and stores your information and what rights you enjoy. Please read, understand and agree to this Privacy Policy before using the APP. Once you start to use the APP, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
When we say “TOPDON,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms, we mean TOPDON Inc., its subsidiaries, and its related companies.
This Privacy Policy applies to the functions and services of the APP itself and does not apply to the products or services provided by any other third party through the APP (hereinafter referred to as the "third party Services"). 1. How do we collect information

In order to show or recommend to you more relevant (rather than universal) content or advertising, we will collect device information when you use our products and/or services or related products and/or services running in the background; Please note that the foregoing separate types of information cannot identify a specific natural person. 2.3 Legal Reasons
To comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal proceedings, including those from law enforcement or government agencies, to investigate or participate in civil discovery, litigation, or other adversarial legal proceedings.

3. How do we store your information
3.1 Storage period
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose stated in the Cost Agreement, unless the retention period is extended with your consent or permitted by law.
If you cancel your account or delete the above information, we will retain your existing information in accordance with the minimum period stipulated by laws and regulations. We will not use your information commercially within the minimum period stipulated by laws and regulations.
When your information exceeds the above retention period, we will take reasonable steps to destroy your information in a secure manner.
3.2 Storage area
By providing information to us through the APP or other means, you shall be deemed to agree to transmit and store information, including your device information and data information, to the server managed by TOPDON Company.
3.3 Protection Measures
We will adopt strict security technical measures and industry-wide procedures to ensure that your information is not lost, leaked, damaged or unauthorized access or use, including:
a. Sensitive user information is encrypted and stored in the server through data isolation technology;
b. Encryption transmission protocol is used during data transmission.
c. Strictly control data access rights and establish a sound application and approval system for sensitive data access rights;
d. Establish data security monitoring and auditing system to carry out comprehensive data security control.
3.4 Stopping Operations
When the APP stops operating, we will notify you in the form of push notification, announcement, etc., delete your information within a reasonable period of time, and immediately stop the information collection activities.
4. External provision and disclosure of information
We will not provide your information to any third party, except as follows:
4.1 Obtaining your express Consent
Upon your prior consent, we may provide your information to third parties. We will clearly inform you of the purpose and type of information to be provided, and provide information in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
4.2 Necessary for the realization of third-party services
In order to ensure the stable operation and functional realization of the APP and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, we will embed SDK or other similar applications of authorized partners into the APP according to the needs of product functional realization, and we will carefully evaluate the purpose and mode of use of third parties. Unless otherwise authorized by you or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, third-party SDK operators have no right to use your information for any other purpose.
5. Third-party technologies and services
In order to ensure the stable operation of the APP or achieve relevant functions, we may access the software development kit (SDK) provided by a third party to achieve the above purposes. We will exercise our duty of care to protect data security by strictly monitoring the software development Kits (SDKS) from which our partners obtain information.
The third-party SDK we access mainly serves the needs of you and other users. Therefore, we may adjust the third-party SDK we access when meeting new service requirements and business function changes. We will disclose to you the latest information about accessing the third party SDK in this note.
6. Your rights
If you choose to register as our user, you can fill in the information as prompted on the registration page and complete all registration procedures, indicating that you have become an APP user, and you can enjoy the following rights:
6.1 Accessing Your Information
You have the right to access your information. If you want to exercise the right of data access, you can log in the APP to view it.
6.2 Correcting Your Information
When you find that there is an error in your personal information processed by us, you have the right to request us to make a correction. You may apply for a correction at any time.
6.3 Deleting Your Information
You may request deletion of information from us under the following circumstances:
a. If our handling of information violates laws and regulations;
b. If we collect or use your information without your consent;
c. If we process information in violation of the agreement with you;
d. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
e. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
6.4 The information subject cancels an account
You can cancel your previously registered personal account at any time. You can do so by following the steps on the APP's personal information page. After you cancel your account, the APP will also stop providing services to you and delete all your user information within the shortest period stipulated by laws and regulations.
6.5 Responding to your request
For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Please understand that the Application may refuse some requests that require too much technical means, pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical.
7. Scope of application
The products and services to which this Privacy Policy applies are provided by TOPDON.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided by any third party. When using third-party services, you are bound by the privacy policies of the third party. You must read and understand the privacy policies carefully.
8. Revisions and changes
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes in the APP's functions, services or information processing.
For any update or revision of this Privacy Policy, we will show you the changed Privacy policy in the form of announcements, push notifications or pop-ups. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will notify you through appropriate channels and re-obtain your consent.
Material changes within the meaning of this article include, but are not limited to:
a. Major changes in our service mode, such as the purpose of information processing, the type of information processing and the way of using information;

9.1 This Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the Data Protection Law and other relevant local laws and regulations.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted, but the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
9.3 The Agreement may be made in Chinese, English and other languages. In case of any conflict between the Chinese version and the English version or other language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
